General Info : This is the most popular
species in America , Australia and European collections . At least four
generations of what people used to think were Children's pythons have been bred

from Cape York Peninsula of northeastern Queensland , Australia . These
descendants can be distinguished by their large size and pale yellow bellies .
Appearance : A small python , similar to the
Children’s Python , but boldly marked with large dark brown blotches on a pale
brown or yellowish background . It has large scales covering the head and heat
pits in the scales of the upper and lower jaws .

Australia . Woodlands and rocky outcrops . Sometimes around human dwellings ,
where it is often tolerated because it eats rats .

to 50 eggs .
